Once again, Bemersive's excellence in designing and building smart immersive solutions has been recognized with a new award: "Grand Prix Stratégies, category immersive event platform 2022" for L'Oréal R&I.
Following the covid pandemic, L'Oréal Research & Innovation has decided to completely reinvent ShaR&Ing Day, its annual strategic meeting, by making a 100% digital event.
All based on Bemersive in-house Metaverse Editor and in partnership with Havas Event, for two days, more than 5 000 employees from all over the world were invited to participate in plenary sessions and à la carte sessions: masterclass, interviews with external speakers, innovation pitches, videos on demand, conversational moments or fun sharing times.
The R&I hubs had been divided into six zones around the world, in different time zones, playing dedicated programs continuously. Meeting places, appointments, discovery places were available to visitors in total immersion, who could also interact live at any time and share content through a chat.
